Big Orders
We have all been through a lot over the last year and I feel that this is a new start for the company. We have more positive things happening right now than we have ever had before. From the last press release, it is apparent that Bravo has become an incredible partner over the last year and has really shown their strength in the Middle East over the last few months. I believe that since Bravo has now been awarded the second largest project for GPS tracking in Saudi Arabia that we will begin to see even more orders from the middle east.
I talked last week about the Push to Talk external microphone. Its done and off for a demo. I have included some pictures on this blog just so you can see the over all quality. The really nice thing about what we have done with this is that no one in the market is selling a product that has all the features of the Cyber Tracker and has the ability to have an external Microphone and Speaker. The feedback we have gotten has been great. They love the ability to use voice, but when a device is hard mounted it has proven difficult to use without the potato mic. By adding the mic and external speaker, this is a perfect solution to add to the Cyber Trackers "add-on" features.

The Solar Powered Cyber Tracker
I think this is the perfect place to complement the Press Release that was sent out this morning. Over the last few months we have had numerous customers ask for a solar powered option for use on remote sites or trailers that don’t have a constant power source. Since our first beta unit, we have made a few new adjustments to decrease the overall cost and decrease the size of the external battery that is required.
The final phase of the solar powered Cyber Tracker proved to be a major success. We learned a lot during the final phase and with the help of Champion Tire giving us feedback, we were able to improve the way the entire system mounts. I have to say that the performance that we have seen so far exceeds what we have seen from competitors.

Customer Service
It's Wednesday and it has already been a very productive week! As we gain in customer numbers, we are recognizing the need for a strong customer service program. In any business customer service is a very important issue. To maintain quality customer service we are trying a new software package on demo. Doing this will allow us to have a better understanding of the customers previous problems and what steps where taken to correct them. We want to strive to have excellent customer service and I think this will be an excellent step to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
Tadd Ayers is working this week to get a demo unit to a customer in New York. This particular customer has requested a Cyber Tracker with an external speaker and microphone for communications. It is a large opportunity for Cyber Trackers being sold, but it also shows how much people utilize the voice capabilities on the Cyber Tracker. Just one more thing that sets the Cyber Tracker aside from everyone else!

Taxi Meter Photos
As Promised I am uploading a few images of the Cyber Tracker with the Taxi Meter. Basically what you see is a Cyber Tracker with an external GPS antenna, Taxi Meter and all the wiring to interface it with a vehicle. The only thing that is not shown in the pictures that will be implemented is an external speaker and microphone. I will keep you updated on where we are with this project.

Volume
I wouldn't normally post something like this, but I have gotten a few calls, so I feel that it might be useful information. Apparently, because today is a holiday and banks are closed the volume of stock is a combination of today and Friday the 5th. Below is a quote from Nasdaq.com and hopefully the volume amounts will make more sense after reading it.
"The schedule of trade dates-settlement dates below reflects the observance by the financial community of Columbus Day, Monday, October 8, 2007. On this day, The NASDAQ Stock Market and the securities exchanges will be open for trading. However, it will not be a settlement date because many of the nation's banking institutions will be closed.
Note: Transactions made on Monday, October 8, will be combined with transactions made on the previous business day, October 5, for settlement on October 11. Securities will not be quoted ex-dividend, and settlements, marks to the market, reclamations, and buy-ins and sell-outs, as provided in the Uniform Practice Code, will not be made and/or exercised on October 8."

Quick Updates
Just a few quick updates today. The integration work on the Taxi Meters for the Middle East is going quicker than I expected. We have successfully completed the integration of the Cyber Tracker in with one of the Taxi Meters. We are now working with all of our partners in the project to determine a protocol on how the data is to be sent. Really, it comes down to in what order do they want to receive the information. I will post some pictures of the entire setup later this week so you can see how the system is setup.
The Certification for AT&T is still being processed. Adam, who is heading up the device certification with AT&T is doing a great job. It is taking longer than expected, but it is something that is needed and will help sales in the long run.
